What is your cancellation policy?
Salon services are reserved especially for you. We require 48hours of notice for cancellation. Cancellations less than 48hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee.
What is a level system?
At Atomic Hair Studio we work on a level system. Each stylists level is based on their demand of time.
Are you a full-service salon?
Atomic Hair Studio is a full-service salon. We do not allow clients to leave with wet hair.
How much will my colour cost?
We cannot price quote your hair over the phone. Everyone’s hair is different. We suggest booking in with your stylist for an exact quote.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes, we offer a free 15 minute consultations with any service.
Why do I need a separate consultation for a big change?
In order to accommodate your hair needs we may require doing a hair strand test. Also, we can allocate the appropriate time needed for your booking.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have free parking in and around the salon. Some spots are limited to 3 hours and it can get busy so please allow for enough time to find parking.
What happens if I am late?
Unfortunately, being late for your appointment can result in us having to re-book you.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We encourage our guests to pre-book their next appointments. If this is not possible, please book yourself a couple weeks in advance.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we sell Atomic Gift Certificates in the salon.
